A dry, medium bodied wine that is zesty, fresh and aromatic. Lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime and pink grapefruit are typical with subtle citrus zest and fresh almond. Comparable to Soave or an Australian Semillon.
Incredible ripe tropical and peach perfume then leads to stone fruit and citrus flavours with svelte texture. This is a wine of finesse, deft richness and complemented with mineralogy. Elegant and one of Italy's most stylish wines.
Of uncertain origin, the Pecorino grape has been grown for centuries in the central regions of Italy and produces a dry, medium bodied wine that is somewhat of a cross between a Pinot Gris and a Sauvignon Blanc. It has a fruity aroma with citrus and tropical nuances, white peach and papaya. It has a lingering, fresh taste with a slightly balsamic finish.
Organically-grown Fiano grapes are hand-harvested from the Cannito vineyard, which is situated on slopes looking out over the Gulf of Salerno. This Fiano has a lovely, delicate combination of green apple and pear fruit characters and an elegant minerality, together with a creamy acidity and a crisp finish.

Made from the Shiraz grape, this rose has a beautiful, copper-pink hue and is wonderfully enticing. Lovely, sweet Turkish delight and vanilla aromas abound and there is a playful spritz to the mouthfeel. Red apple, pomegranite and pink grapefruit characters are evident on this delightfully crsip, dry wine. Ideal with light salads and light pasta dishes, especially with seafood, shellfish and grilled fish.

This wine is made from top quality Nero d'Avola grapes grown ij the unique climate of the island of Sicily. Nero d'Avola is an indigenous grape local to the area and something of a Sicilian specialty. The wine has intense ruby colour with violet hints. A rich bouquet with dark berry and pomegranate notes. This wine is a beautiful representation of the typical Mornington light bodied pinot noir style, with excellent structure and depth. It has an expressive nose with plenty of red cherry and strawberry notes with spice hues. Fresh and juicy, it is classically matched to duck and other game dishes but also perfect with salmon and pasta.

From Spreyton in North-West Tasmania, maritime climate and single vineyard. This is pure Pinot Noir country. A Pinot with a velvet glove of power and finesse. Intense nose of red fruit, cherries and plums with classic forest floor undertones. Complex ripe plums, quince, berries, roasted notes and a firm earthy and savoury finish that is fresh and keeps going. Duck and game meats matching is classic but this is a true allrounder. A serious Pinot and one of Tassie's finest.

The mouthfeel is opulent with bright red berry fruit characters and spicy notes last linger. Well matched with grilled meats and ragus and heavier meat based dishes.
A classy McLaren Vale Shiraz of enormous appeal; typically generous with powerful, ripe fruit intensity, but also incredibly approachable. Beautiful lifted aromas, pure, ripe berry flavours and a subtle oak influence that allows the fruit characters to shine through. A definite for the likes of Osso Bucco and other richer dishes.

This elegant wine exudes intense aromas of peaches and wild flowers. Delicate, sweet and sparkling it is the perfect accompaniment to dessert, lobster and also great on its own as an aperitif.
